Meet our staff (Human and feline!)

Diane M. Delmain D.V.M. certified in feline practice by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.

Dr. Diane Delmain is a University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine graduate.  She is currently one of only a handful of ABVP feline boarded specialists in Florida.  She worked at the Cat Hospital of Philadelphia-one of the first feline only practices in the United States- prior to veterinary school.  Before opening Bay Hill Cat Hospital, she was an associate veterinarian at the Cat Hospital of Campbell, CA. She is on the exam committee for the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners feline specialty board.  In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding.


K. Scott Delmain D.V.M.

Dr. Scott Delmain is a University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine graduate.  He has been in small animal practice since graduation in 1990 and been in feline exclusive practice since 1997.  (He does admit to missing those new puppy exams!)  His primary interests are feline surgery and dentistry. As a hobby, Dr. Scott hits golf balls into lakes. 


Tami Groberg D.V.M.

Dr. Tami Groberg is a University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine graduate.  Since graduation, she has worked in feline exclusive practices in Northern Virginia and Florida.  Her areas of interest include internal medicine and feline behavioral issues.  In her spare time she enjoys singing, card making, and scrap booking.

Kari
Practice Manager

Kari received her bachelor's degree from Purdue University.  She grew up around animals and currently has several pets.  She has four cats: Rudy, Mickey, Reno, and Zeus.  Kari has been a volunteer at the SPCA of Central Florida since 1998.  She began working as a Veterinary Technician at the Bay Hill Cat Hospital in 2001.  Kari is manages the staff and also orders all of the supplies and food for the hospital. Kari is most passionate about patient care and client relations.

Kari says, “People should bring their cats to our facility because we have the best doctors, staff, and care!”


Amy
Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Amy has always been a pet-person.  She studied Animal Science and Veterinary Technology while attending Harcum College in Pennsylvania and West Virginia University.  In high school she studied small animal care in a vocational program.  She has been working as a Veterinary Technician for a number of years with everything from exotic wildlife and birds to dogs and cats.  She grew up around horses and a number of other pets.  She currently has two cats, Memphis and Jingles.  Amy supervises workflow throughout the hospital but has a love for assisting in surgery.  She is highly trained as a technician and is absolutely meticulous about patient care.


Amy says, “You should bring your cats here because we specialize in felines, and give outstanding veterinary care to our patients.  We have excellent veterinarians and a well trained team to support them.  Our clients are always happy with the care that we give to their cats!”


Nora
Veterinary Technician


Nora received her degree as a Medical Assistant from Montgomery College in Maryland.  Pets have been an important part of Nora’s life.  She currently has three dogs and a cat.  Nora is interested in feline behavior and is currently facilitating our kitten behavior classes.


Nicole

Veterinary Technician
 

Nicole has been working with animals for four years and has always had animals in her life. She has worked and volunteered at the local SPCA Animal Shelter and as a Veterinary Technician at a previous animal hospital.  Nicole's particular love and interest for cats is what brought her to Bay Hill Cat Hospital. She has one cat, Billy and one dog, Bubba. She has plans on working towards a degree in Veterinary Technology. When she is not at work, Nicole enjoys watching movies, reading, photography, surfing the internet and is an avid football fan. Nicole has a special interest in assisting in surgery.
Nicole says " As a client and patient of Bay Hill Cat Hospital, you will receive specialized care from our feline- focused veterinarians and highly trained technicians. It has a great atmosphere too!"


Amber

Veterinary Technician

Amber was born in St. Petersburg,FL and raised in Tampa Bay area. She received her Associates degree in General Studies at St. Petersburg College in 04'. She has joined our practice with over 5 1/2 years of veterinary technician exeperience. Amber has two cats, Furball and Serena and a Pekingese named Paxton.


Kelley
Veterinary Technician

Kelley received her bachelor's degree in Animal Science- Preveterinary Medicine.  She has worked as a veterinary technician for four years.  Kelley currently has a shar-pei mix named Buddha.

Nacho
Hospital Cat

Nacho is a stray we adopted from one of our clients early in 2006.  When Nacho was brought in for an exam, we fell in love with his curious and loving personality. He roams the hospital freely by day (sticking close to the water fountain and sinks!) and lives in his apartment condo by night.  Nacho's job here is to be the blood donor for sick felines.  He is takes his job seriously and is a perfect greeter as well.


Noodles
Retired Hospital Cat

Noodles is about 9 years old. She was adopted as a stray and lived here since kitten hood as our hospital cat. Noodles was our original live in blood donor. However, Noodles is now retired and living with our previous office manager.  She handed the business over to Nacho.
